Dinner during the Fuori Salone del Vermouth
OTIUM is dedicating a special evening to one of the most iconic symbols of Turin's drinking culture.
A tasting dinner where cuisine and mixology interact without overlapping, accompanying each other in balance.
Vermouth is the protagonist: interpreted in a key mixology from our bartender and also proposed in purity, to be tasted, understood, and appreciated in all its nuances. The dishes, created by chef Luigi Villacaro, tell our story Vices and Pleasures, between references to tradition and contemporary hints.
An evening designed for those who love to eat and drink well, letting the pairings guide them.
Registration is mandatory and requires a €10 deposit. We'll contact you to discuss any allergies or intolerances.
