Piedmont is home to extraordinary bubbles and of a’absolute excellence in the production of vermouth, Yet too often we encounter these treasures separately, each in its own context. For one evening, Otium Wine Club combines its offering with that of the Cocchi winery: it starts with a aperitif based on vermouth and bubbles to then sit down to dinner and savor the whole refinement of the Alta Langa, accompanied by dishes from our Chef Luigi Villacaro.
Guests will be guided through this journey by a direct representative of the Cocchi winery, which will tell the story, philosophy and products of the company, making the evening a unique opportunity to discovery and insight.
From aperitif to dinner, an experience designed to discover Cocchi in a different light: historic, refined, surprisingly contemporary.

Food Proposal:
The dinner will resume the initial aperitif and continue with a dedicated food pairing experience, designed to showcase Cocchi wines.
During the evening there will be a representative of the Cocchi winery, historical reality of Asti founded in 1891, today an international point of reference for the production of excellent vermouth, sparkling wines and bubbles.
The philosophy of the winery intertwines tradition and refinement: to enhance the Piedmont region through iconic products such as the Turin Vermouth and the elegant Alta Langa bubbles, expressions of a quality built over over a century of history.
During the evening, Cocchi's host will accompany the guests in the tasting, sharing the history of the company, the reference territories and the production choices which make each glass an authentic story of Piedmont.
