Let's welcome spring with its scents
On Wednesday 18 March, Otium dedicates an entire evening to the evocative power of perfumes, with a special event in collaboration with Saint Bianca and his Essentia line of edible perfumes.
A sunset aperitif and a themed dinner, both designed to explore how fragrances influence taste perception, transforming every bite into a multisensory experience.
The founder of will be present during the evening Santa Bianca, to tell live the interaction between aroma and raw materials, both in mixology and in dishes.
Registration is mandatory and requires a €10 deposit. We'll contact you to discuss any allergies or intolerances.
