A tasting journey conceived as a short narrative: four interpretations, four distinct moments, accompanied by a four-course menu crafted to highlight each step and bring wine and cuisine together in a natural dialogue.
During the evening, each wine becomes a guided tour to discover Domenico Clerico, a symbolic winery of Monforte d'Alba.
