The shades of Nebbiolo

Some grape varieties require specific conditions to perform at their best: Nebbiolo is one of them. Native to Piedmont, it's known for its high acidity, vigorous tannins, and a winemaking process that often requires years of aging.

During the Wine Club on Tuesday, November 18th, at Otium, in collaboration with Cuzziol Grandi Vini, we'll explore four distinct expressions of Nebbiolo: from the Metodo Classico, to Nebbiolo d'Alba, to the Barbaresco and Barolo appellations. Each course will be paired with one of these wines, introduced by the experts in the room.

An opportunity to discover how a single grape variety can give life to very different wines and to explore them through a menu designed to enhance every nuance.

  • Fried pizza, tuna sauce and marinated meat
    with Classic Method 100% Nebbiolo – Parusso
  • Amatriciana Omelette
  • Phyllo dough chips, Fassona, Parmesan and truffle
