OTIUM Rooftop's Cocktail Hour is part of the week dedicated to Vermouth with a special evening, designed for those who love mixology as an experience of discovery.
For one evening, the OTIUM menu opens up to the interpretations of Bonaventura Maschio, a historic Italian distillery, protagonist of a dialogue between taste and technique.

Steve Righetto, the distillery's spirits specialist, will accompany the experience, guiding the tour behind the bar, offering a contemporary interpretation of Maschio's Vermouth and spirits.
